Cancellation/ No Show Policy:
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel an appointment, 403-394-7873 (PURE).
We charge 1/2 price for the first missed appointment and full price for every other missed appointment.
We also require 24 hours of notice to change an appointment.
People who have cancelled on us at the last minute or have failed to show up for a scheduled appointment will be asked to guarantee future appointment with a credit card and will be charged the fee for either cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, or just not showing up at all.
Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment with the intent on redeeming a gift certificate, will result in forfeiting of that certificate.
If you have health benefits and you miss your appointment, we will not bill your health-care provider. You will be responsible for the charges. We cannot bill for a service we do not provide.
Late Arrival Policy:
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged for your full appointment.
If we are late for an appointment, we will adjust the time or the price of the massage accordingly.
We do understand that there are emergencies, the weather can be severe at times, or other problems do arise. Please discuss these matters with us.
